Bilingual Branch Manager (English/Spanish) – Alexandria Branch InFirst Federal Credit Union has provided financial services to members for more than 80 years and is seeking an experienced Bilingual Branch Manager (English/Spanish) for our Alexandria, Virginia Branch. If you’re a service and sales leader who is a responsive, professional, and enthusiastic individual, we want you to join our team. The right candidate must have a passion for helping, educating, and motivating others in the area of personal finance. Prior service and sales management and lending experience is required.
The Branch Manager is responsible for living out our mission; meeting established sales goals, and ensuring member inquiries are responded to in an appropriate and timely manner. All daily branch activities must be in compliance. The manager will perform appropriate account research and problem resolution. They will process transactions, open new memberships, process loan applications and assist with phone calls. The ideal candidate will supervise, coach, and train the Alexandria Branch Member Service Representatives.
Education and Skills Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related course work required. Minimum three (3) years experience in member services, operations, management and lending. Demonstrate in depth knowledge of credit union products, services, lending policies and procedures. Must speak English and Spanish.
