My InFirst Story

  • Every time we have called you, for whatever reason, you all have always been top notch with your member service delivery. Every time we call, and it does not matter who we talk to, you always make us feel that we are top priority. You all make us feel like an individual rather than just an account number or member number. You all always go way beyond to help us out. This is hard to find these days, and we would like to say thank you for that. Please share this, because you deserve a round of applause!

  • What I found when I checked it out was a staff who seemed to really care about their customers. I had yet to become a member but was treated like I had been one for years. The staff shared services available as well as opportunities for my Grandchildren. I joined on the spot and my Grandkids are now members as well. The ability to do on-line banking from anywhere is also a great feature.

  • Amanda in the loan department has helped me with my financial needs. She helped me secure a loan for much needed dental work. She is always pleasant and informative. A great asset to InFirst. Also, Michelle was so helpful and patient with me. I was panicking over two unauthorized charges on my debit card. One is considered a scam and the other charge I did not make. Michelle immediately cancelled my card and ordered me a new one. She told me how to fill out the dispute form. Also, she gave me advice on how to protect my account.

  • Ms. Pacha shared some difficulty she was having with her aging parents.  She wanted to express her gratitude for Angie's patience and thorough explanation of needed processes to accommodate their changing account needs.  She has needed to reach out to a few different financial institutions on their behalf and said we were, by far, the one with “heart”!  Thank you for your compassion and understanding of her trying circumstances.  And, thank you for your contribution in attracting a possible new member! .

  • Mr. Edwin Thomas called this morning to compliment Rico on a job well done. He had recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima and decided to contact us to get the best rate possible. What he did not realize was that he would receive the best service he had ever received from a loan officer. Though it was through email and phone,Rico made it seamless and easy. The entire process was absolutely right on the money. Mr. Thomas asked me to give him a promotion, raise and a pat on the back. Mr. Thomas continued to say that Rico was marvelous and made the experience one he would never forget. He used the phrases, "smooth as silk" and "just like magic". He concluded by saying, how marvelous Rico was and how the finance person at the dealership was impressed at how quickly and easily the credit union and Rico turned everything around.

  • I just wanted to reach out to you and let you know the excellent service that Ms. Vivian Truong provided.  She certainly went above and beyond in helping me out.  Last week I was in Mexico for the holiday and an ATM machine ate my card.  I desperately needed to have a wire transfer done that day to my fiance's account, so we could get back to the states.  It was almost closing time at the credit union.  Vivian patiently helped me ensure a transfer happened that day.  Her help was invaluable.  I wanted to let you know just what a great employee you have.  It makes banking with InFirst a positive experience.  Thank you very much Ms. Truong for all your help.
