Direct Deposit
Did you know you can have your paycheck directly deposited in up to five different institutions? This is one of the easiest and most convenient methods to get money into your account. Talk to your HR representative to arrange for a Direct Deposit from your payroll into your InFirst savings or checking account. You can then transfer your loan payment on the due date, or we can pull the payment automatically - it’s up to you!
ACH Transfer
Set up a one-time or recurring withdrawal from another institution to pay your loan.
Step 1: Log in to Online Banking and click on “ Transfer.” Select “Another Financial Institution.” Use the “Manage External Accounts” option to link an outside institution. You will be directed to enter your external bank account information, including the routing and account number. Within one to two days, you will notice that two test deposits have been sent to your outside institution. When you see them, visit the “Manage External Accounts” page, enter the test deposit amounts in the verification boxes, and submit your changes. Once completed, the account is successfully added and can be used to transfer funds to and from your other institution to InFirst.
Step 2: Schedule one-time or recurring transfers from your outside institution to your InFirst loan(s) or Share Accounts by initiating a new transfer. Select the accounts you wish to transfer funds to and from, specify the amount, and choose the transfer date.
