Direct Deposit

Did you know you can have your paycheck directly deposited in up to five different institutions? This is one of the easiest and most convenient methods to get money into your account. Talk to your HR representative to arrange for a Direct Deposit from your payroll into your InFirst savings or checking account. You can then transfer your loan payment on the due date, or we can pull the payment automatically - it’s up to you!

ACH Transfer

Set up a one-time or recurring withdrawal from another institution to pay your loan.

Step 1: Log in to Online Banking and click on “External Funds Transfer.” You will be directed to enter your external bank account information including the name, routing, and account number. Within one to two days, you will notice that a test deposit has been sent to your outside institution. When you see it, visit the “External Funds Transfer” option in InFirst Online Banking, enter the test deposit amount in the verification box, and submit your changes. You will then see that the status of the account will change to “Active.” This means that the account is successfully added and can be used to transfer funds to and from your other institution to InFirst.

Step 2: Schedule one-time or recurring transfers from your outside institution to your InFirst loan(s) or Share Accounts by initiating a “New Transfer,” choose the accounts you wish to transfer to and from, select the date and frequency, and submit. This will take another one to two days to process.
